1. Phần mềm Autodesk Inventor 2014 được cung cấp cả hai bản 32-bit và 64-bit cũng như ứng dụng để cài đặt và sử dụng trên hệ điều hành tương ứng. Windows XP Professional 32-bit không được khuyến cáo cho sáng chế. Phiên bản tiếng Anh của sáng chế sẽ chạy trên bất kỳ hệ điều hành ngôn ngữ. Phiên bản ngôn ngữ khác của các ứng dụng này sẽ chạy trên hệ điều hành của cùng một ngôn ngữ. ® ® phần mềm Inventor và Autodesk Vault phải cả hai có cùng một ngôn ngữ trên một máy tính nhất định.
2. Autodesk đề nghị thiết lập cho phép Windows để quản lý bộ nhớ ảo khi cần thiết. Có nên luôn luôn có ít nhất gấp đôi miễn phí không gian đĩa cứng như bộ nhớ hệ thống (RAM).
